The ATM Experience
ATM lessons consist of verbal instructions that ask you to get into various positions, perform specific movements, and pay attention to different sensations. Generally, lessons start with simple actions, which develop into things you never thought you could do so well (or at all!)
ATM lessons are done on the floor, sitting in chairs, or standing. Each lesson takes about forty-five minutes. However, we strongly recommend that you allot extra time after class to relax and enjoy your improvements.
